Politicans Running Wild

Politicians are running wild, doing what they want and caring for no one but themselves, their futures, their families futures, big business and the rich who can afford to buy them.

I wish I had the benefits they charge me for like life insurance the rest of their lives, raises when I don't get any, retirement (sure would like to get what they do and I am the one paying for theirs) and all the other things that go with their jobs that I have to pay for and I don't even have myself. BUT these are the people who are getting paid to look out for what is BEST FOR ME and NOT for themselves.

Canadians can buy our drugs and sell them to us for half of what we have to pay. WHY? HOW? Seems it should be the other way around.
Hospitals charge those who don't have insurance double what they charge the insurance companies. Same way with drugs, the insurance companies pay about a third of what a person without insurance pays. WHY?

The politicians have insurance but the average American can't afford it anymore but we have to pay for theirs.

The oil companies do what they want, charge what they want, WHY? The politicians most don't have to pay for their gas, they run government cars, have government credit cards or get reimbursed for their expenses which I pay for.

If the prices and costs keep going up it won't be long and the average American won't have a say in how this country is run if we don't change it now. If I had the money they cost me for auto expenses I might not mine the high gas prices but they money I give them in taxes for auto expenses keep me from going and doing a lot of the things I would like to do. Wonder when the last time was they had to decide to go out and see a movie or buy gas?

They use our money to treat us like we are nobodies and take for themselves and their friends. We need change now before it is too late. Too many Americans are without insurance, food, decent homes and having to choose between food and gas for this to continue. Too many Americans can't afford insurance for their families because of what the politicians cost us for theirs.

Time for a change, vote out the ones in office now and lets get people in who care and will look out for us, the ones they are suppose to represent before it is too late and we don't have a say. We are almost there now, the electoral vote is the vote that counts and the politicians "OWN" that, not the public.

NICE SOCIAL SECURITY INCREASE, THANK YOU:
Just want to take a minute to thank you for the nice SS Increase next year. The whole $25 a month just about will cover the increase for gas for a week. Now I know you need the money so when it comes time for your raise you can get one that will help you add to your "BANK ACCOUNT"; something I can't afford anymore. But the cost of a gal. of gas doesn't bother the politicians, why because they don't pay for it, we do. You'd be surprised at how many Gov. tags I see on cars touring the Gettysburg Battlefield at taxpayers expense.

Actually thanks to these great increases you feel we deserve, I mean SS is going broke because of lack of money but seems the wealthy only have to pay SS on only a part of their income whereas the poor pay on 100% of their income. Nicely done don't you think? The rich only pay SS on the first $97.500 at this time but the first of the year it goes up to a whopping $102,000. Now this should just about cover the politicians BENEFITS.

I mean why should you have to pay SS on a 100% of your income, you just put yours in the bank or invest it so you make more whereas I have to do without gas, food, and if this keeps up being homeless.

You should really sleep well at night knowing you are doing so much for those you represent, the wealthy, insurance companies, big oil, and oh yes your retirement and health benefits. Those benefits the taxpayers pay for that we can't afford.

Thank you for doing such a great job. Next year maybe you can see a 2.4% increase instead of a 2.3% increase. You actually think this increase will help anyone? IF you do then you shouldn't have the "POSITION" you have, not a job, a job you do something a position is a place to spend the day and catch up on gossip with your friends and in your case not the working people but the rich.
